Responsibilities and Achievements:
-Establish the sourcing team in over 30 people and managing daily operation for Northern China sites (including Beijing, Tianjin, LangFang, TaiYuan).-Support all the Foxconn mobile manufacturing divisions’sourcing in Northern China – search, identify and qualify the right suppliers.-Be a key team player in the assigned strategic sourcing function, like setting up new program sourcing team in different BU, setting up the vender inventory hub, suppliers acquisition or joint-cheap north face jackets partnership.-Provide continuous support to our factories in Northern China, cheap north face jackets in sourcing (supplier base information sharing and offer internal training about global sourcing process) and supply chian management..-Project Management – in term or price and contract terms negotiation, active sourcing, quality management, supplier performance monitoring etc.-Implement strategic procurement plans with existing/new suppliers to ensure continuous improvements..-Work closely with Product Managers & ESI team to identify their needs and requirements in term of products, parts and components.-Focus on developing close relationship with the key suppliers.
