The project is to enlarge the production scale of vehicles from 50,000 per year to 60,000 per year. After the research on the feasibility, the project must be finished within 5 months through the research and improvement on the production tact, facility, work force arrangement and process condition. Responsibilities:
Project leader of the Painting Department. Work out the project schedule that bases on the research on the feasibility and organized all the units in the department to study and improve the production tact, facility, work force arrangement and process condition. Monitor and guide the project implementation. Represent the Painting Department to report the progress of the project to the director of Production Division. Complete the project that the cost is 10% lower than the budget and the man force only needs to increase 60% of the limit.
