1. Oversee the food catering facilities units in Northern Beijing included cheap straighteners, Research& Development Buildings and Hotel.2. Set yearly budget and monthly forecast for all the units. Analyzed financial report of each unit, summarized the report gave the feedback to Regional Director.3. Communicate with client and visit client regularly.

Drafted contract for Banyan Tree Project & Zen Restaurant projects with Huayu in Sanya. Negotiated terms with Management side as Huayu Group Rep. 5. One of chi hair straightener & external and Brazilian Barbeque management contracts negotiators. 6. Hotel Rep. for Business Opportunities Conference for Sanya City and Hainan Province.
